UMA employs over 1800 staff with a special focus on Saudization. Specialized training programs such as I-CARE are implemented to maintain a high degree of customer care. A Centralized customer engagement center (CEC) manned by 100% Saudi staff manages all inbound and outbound communication using omni channel contact management technologies. CEC team are COPV certified (highest certification for contact center management team). The Customer engagement center is ranked by General Motor’s as one of the top engagement centers in the region.
With its headquarters in Jeddah, UMA has a total of 28 branches in Eastern, Central, Western, and Southern regions of Saudi Arabia. UMA also operates additional 40 service sites to maintain over 9,000 vehicles which are under the operation lease program with various companies such as Aramco, SCECO and Government departments.
